Bump Watch - Week 28

Here I am in "normal" non-maternity clothes. That's right, the pants, tank top, and blouse are all my normal clothes - shocking at 7 months, right?!?

Here I am in a top my mom bought me that definitely makes me look pregnant. Look how high I'm holding that baby!!

Here's PugPuggy peaking out from the arm of her new favorite resting spot (Ben's chair). She's totally wondering what the heck is going on (with the pregnancy).

I *heart* John (or Jim, depending how you look at it!)!!!

Yes, yes it is... That's me an John "Jim from The Office" Krasinski just chillin' together. Doesn't it look like we're best friends! He's such a genuinely nice guy! Could my smile be any bigger!! This might just top meeting Paul Rudd.

October 2009 in Review

Ron Howard was in Austin for the Austin Film Festival. He screened his movie Apollo 13 and the panel afterwards had the original astronaut that Tom Hanks played. During the movie, Ben felt the baby kick for the first time. It was very memorable!

Here's PugPuggy, dressed as a dinasaur, for the 2009 Annual Great Pugkin Fest. We went early and left before the costume contest started.... Oh yes, there is a contest to see which pug has the best costume. Pug owners are nuts about their pugs!

PugPuggy turned 3 years old this month. In celebration she got a special doggie cookie shaped like an ice cream cone. She *loved* it but threw it up all night long. No more ice cream cone cookies for her!

Halloween 2009: Ben stuck with his youtube.com theme. Here he is as Stacy Hedger, Miss Douglas Arizona (from the 1980s) who performed an off-key Star Wars themed trumpet solo/dance routine for her talent. Ben has a link to the original video on his blog: www.benbartley.blogspot.com. It's worth checking out!!!

I stuck with the all-black theme and was an x-ray that shows a baby giving a thumbs up.

Expecting Baby Boy Bartley

Yes, that is correct. Ben and I are expecting a baby boy around Valentine's Day 2010. We are over the moon excited to meet this little guy on the outside. This picture is me at 24 weeks (almost 2 weeks ago) which means this Thursday I'll be at 26 weeks - my last week of my 2nd trimester. Helllllooooo home stretch!!
